Hello Pencil Bench!

I was searching 1stDibs.com for chests for Squish and came across this pencil bench. I do not care that it is impractical and the silliest thing I have ever seen. I do not care that is is over $5000. I do not care that it would give my children lead poisoning. {Ok I kind of care about that one} I need this in my life!

Please visit www.sheridaneedsthissillypinkpencilbench.com to donate funds thanks.

Have a great weekend!!

OH! I also meant to share this with you ions ago!! This is one of the shots Sommer Photography did for us during her Color Collection portrait event. I blogged about it here. Isn't it just fab?! A 22 month old and a 4 month old and two smiles at the same time and a happy mommy and daddy...and there are LOADS of other great pics, all in less than an hour! I am telling you that girl is a miracle worker. 1. Hmm - since there is no lead in pencils (urban myth) just graphite and since poisoning your adorable bundles via this beauty would be an impossibility - I say GOOOOO for the bench - Squish would learn to love it - especially as it's PINK! What a brill storage idea for the kids' colouring pencils! *SO IN LOVE* xx

  2. WOW!!! How did you/she do THAT? I'm actually dreading trying to get my family of 4 photographed this year! What did you do to bribe smiles out of everyone at once??????

  4. What a GORGEOUS family shot! Lucky you to have captured the two smiles at the same time. My boys are 4 & 6 and it's still almost impossible to get a shot of them both looking cute at the same time.

  6. Speaking of 1st dibs... there is an 80's YSL dress on there with neon pink sleeves and belt (the rest is black) and you NEED it. IT.HAS.POCKETS. Need I say more.

  7. Clearly the pink bench is multi-functional piece of furniture. You can sit and jot down a few notes without searching for a writing utensil! A total bargain at $5000. You could change the colors around the holidays...I see so much possibility! ;)

  8. Maybe you can rationalize the cost as a lifetime supply of pencils? Think of it this way the babies would always know where to turn when in need of a number 2. Do it!
