I love the five finger shoes! Have you read "Born to Run?" My husband did and made us go right our and get the Vibram Five Finger. Love them!

I have barefoot shoes also and was more sore after wearing them the first time than after running a marathon (which I know better than to do now...). Thanks for this fun glimpse. ReplyDeleteI totally rock the Vibram Five Fingers… I get a lot of funny looks, but they are amazing! I wear them to run, work out, and when I'm racing sailboats. I like the color of yours way better than mine though!
