I am finally gearing back up into the swing of things {and by that I mean sitting in bed listening to the rain while scouring Pinterest for new images and ideas}, and I seem to keep coming across GREAT ideas for the typically wasted space beneath staircases. Take a look!
This one is not really for beneath, but a fun idea nonetheless. I can't tell you the number of times I still wish for a slide in our house!
Now the hard part is deciding which idea to use in the future. I am leaning towards the playhouse + slide :)

We did a playroom under our stairs complete with chalkboard paint on one entire wall and built-in shelves in the back to store the kiddos toys. It turned out really cute and my girls use it a ton. I also like the built in coat/ cubby idea.
ReplyDeleteI love these, what a clever idea! I actually have a 1/2 bath built in under my stairs which isn't nearly as fun as these but it definitely gets its use.
